BIJLI alone seems to work on Freecharge.. It gives 50 Rs rebate.

Freecharge allows cashback once for one card.
you pay thru same card 2'd or 3'rd or subsequent times, cashback won't come.
Also, freecharge cashback is like leap of faith. It won't show up when you pay & even after paying, it won't show up quickly.

Even login won't work at times.

Website surely needs repair of it's User Interface.

Mobikwik is again similar to Freecharge.

Only once per card.

Almost all of these sites give good offers only for 1'st use, as if next times, we don't pay money.

Wondering, if these sites need new person each time while paying bills.

Until VC money is blowing hot air into these balloons, they'll grow big.
Once "hawaa nakal gayi", we might need to go back to bill pay/ECS with our banks.
